Marty Zemming was admitted to the State Bar of California in June of 2001. Prior to joining Wagner & Pelayes, LLP, his practice area was the representation of both small and medium size business owners in bankruptcy matters. Marty has extensive experience representing clients in all phases of these matters including litigation before the United States Bankruptcy Court. Marty's experience includes representing small businesses and corporations in liquidation and reorganization matters, handling various litigation matters, adversary proceedings, and the resolution of contested matters with the U.S. Trustee.

Marty's experience as an attorney also includes handling assorted related matters for businesses including lease issues and other related commercial transactions, as well as real estate transactions and litigation matters. Marty is known for his law and motion and appellate practice and is well-versed in writ proceedings.
