Lawyer Overview

Christiane has broad experience in a variety of financing transactions, particularly real estate finance, providing services to lenders and borrowers. Representative clients include Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. In addition, she has advised on the acquisition of real estate portfolios and represented international investors in distressed assets such as nonperforming loans.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Christiane worked in the litigation practices at Linklaters and at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Munich where she focused on national and international commercial and banking litigation as well as on real estate transactions.
