Lawyer Overview

Sarah Hamilton represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. Sarah has experience defending employers against claims under various state and federal laws, including wage and hour laws, antidiscrimination laws, hiring and termination issues, traditional labor laws, restrictive covenant matters, as well as matters governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Her practice also includes counseling clients in litigation avoidance.

Sarah is a member of the State Bar of California and The Bar Association of San Francisco and is the 2007-2008 vice chair of the Young Lawyers Division — Entertainment, Sports and the Arts Committee for the American Bar Association.
