Sandra Salinas was admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of California and the United States Federal Court in 1992.  She has extensive legal experience as a civil litigator and family law attorney.  She is a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono legal services from the State Bar of California.  Ms. Salinas received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1988 in Economics from Chapman University and earned her law degree in 1991 from Western State University where she was the Honors Moot Court Executive Director.

Ms. Salinas' practice at Feinberg & Waller began in 2006 and is devoted exclusively to family law practice where she is a highly regarded member of the firm's attorney team. She is a member of the Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations, and a member of the family law section of the California State Bar.  She represents clients in all aspects of family law litigation including custody disputes and high net worth divorces.
