Law Firm Overview

The Callahan Law Firm is a plaintiff’s trial law firm for people. Our commitment is to representing victims of serious personal injuries, surviving families in wrongful death cases, and others who have been harmed. We do not represent insurance companies. We represent people.

Our law firm only accepts cases we are willing to take to trial. Although many cases settle before trial, we assume that every case will be tried in front of a jury and we prepare with that in mind. Defense lawyers and their clients know which plaintiff’s lawyers can successfully try a case to a jury, and which ones cannot. The Callahan Law Firm is one of the few that does go to trial and its lawyers have a proven history of success.

We provide quality legal representation to people who may have limited or no financial resources to devote to the cost of litigation. The firm works on a contingency fee basis. If you do not make a recovery, we do not charge for our services.
