Effective January 2009, Usera Law Offices PSC will become the full-service law firm Usera Morell Bauza Dapena & Cartagena LLP and effectively grow from a 6 attorney to a 20 attorney firm to engage in the practice of law in Banking & Corporate, Entertainment, Environmental, Health, Labor & Employment (management), Litigation, Real Estate and Taxes. Having practiced together at Goldman Antonetti & Cordova, (and several of us at one of its predecessors Brown Newsom & Cordova   the oldest firm in Puerto Rico), we have known and worked with each other for years, typically representing clients contemporaneously in our different areas of specialization. All attorneys are committed to continuing to  provide the level of competence and professionalism in representation that has characterized us.
