Peter Strott has been practicing law for 20 years. A Cum Laude graduate from the University of Georgia and a former law clerk on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, his expertise includes dispute resolution through litigation, arbitration and mediation (in State and Federal courts, including bench and jury trial practice and appellate practice.) He has resolved commercial disputes, construction disputes, contract disputes, real estate disputes, commercial paper disputes, personal injury (both plaintiff and defense), secured transaction disputes, insurance coverage issues, and employment issues, He is also skilled at drafting construction Contracts and other agreements.
