Lawyer Overview

Margaret is an associate in the litigation department whose practice focuses primarily upon domestic relations and personal injury matters. The scope of her domestic relations practice includes representation of clients in matters involving property valuation/division, parenting disputes, post-divorce matters and appellate litigation as well as preparation of prenuptial agreements. Her experience in the personal injury field includes product liability, medical negligence, wrongful death and other bodily injury cases. Margaret has worked extensively in national pharmaceutical class action litigation, relating to a variety of pharmaceuticals, as well as other product liability litigation. She has litigated cases in various State courts and before the United States District Court, including the Federal Multi-District Litigation Panel.
