Rachel C. Wilson spent her youth in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Reynoldsburg High School. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a concentration in Legal Communications from the Ohio University in 1994. In May 1997, she received her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Rachel began working for Brown & Margolius, LPA in 1996, first as a law clerk, then as an associate. In 2002, Rachel became a solo practitioner. She has extensive experience in representing disabled individuals in Social Security disability, Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), and Long Terms Disability claims. She has also represented many injured workers. Rachel has experience in a number of other areas, including probate, simple real estate transactions and estate planning. She is a member of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, Lorain County Bar Association, Summit County Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and the Ohio State Bar Association. Rachel lives in the Cleveland area with her husband Rich.
