Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Draper worked as an attorney for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, where he provided legal advice on international and comparative law to the High Commissioner on National Minorities.
Mr. Draper is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

- Representing a leading US intermodal logistics company in an ICC arbitration based in Mexico City, Mexico
- Ongoing representation of a clinical research laboratory in an UNCITRAL arbitration related to its work for a pharmaceuticals manufacturer
- Ongoing representation of leading German companies in litigation related to international negotiations resolving asserted World War II claims
