She has also served as trial counsel in a pro bono criminal case in the Federal District Court of Maryland, Northern Division.

While in law school, Ms. Baynham worked at the Northwestern University School of Law Bluhm Legal Clinic where she represented juvenile clients on various issues and death row inmates specifically on issues of police torture. Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Baynham interned at the White House and served as a United States Senate Page.
