Chungmoon (Kristin) Choi's practice focuses on corporate governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and public finance.

Kristin represents issuers and investment banking firms in a broad range of capital raising transactions, including initial public offerings, Rule 144A private placements, and debt and preferred stock financings. In addition, Kristin represents publicly and privately held companies in various aspects of business combinations, including mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, and exchange offers. She also advises clients regarding compliance and reporting obligations under federal and state securities laws.

Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson, Kristin worked as an associate with a Los Angeles-based law firm in its Washington, D.C. office. Previously, she worked as a law clerk with The Honorable Zoe Bush at the Washington, D.C. Superior Court and as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court of New Jersey for The Honorable Robert Kugler.
