Lawyer Overview

Kristel Robinson focuses her practice on securities and complex commercial litigation, the defense of corporate derivative and securities fraud class actions, and litigation arising from failed mergers and other business combinations. She has appeared in federal and state courts throughout the country, including the Delaware Chancery Court. Kristel has represented pro bono clients in guardianship and restraining order proceedings and works as a court-appointed special advocate. She also has taught legal research and writing at a prominent Orange County law school.

Kristel is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association.
