Catherine Nasser represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. Catherine has defended employers against claims under various state and federal laws, including wage and hour, antidiscrimination, and restrictive covenant as well as state law wrongful discharge, statutory, contract, and tort claims. Her experience includes representing employers in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, arbitrations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

A significant portion of Catherine's practice includes counseling clients in litigation avoidance. Catherine frequently assists companies in investigations, policy reviews, and in the settlement and negotiation of employment-related claims.
