General real estate practice with a primary focus in condominium and homeowner association law, representing developers of commercial, mixed-use, industrial, residential, shopping center, air space and marina condominium projects; the lenders of these projects; and homeowner associations. Ms. Goodwin regularly provides counsel on distressed condominium projects, advising receivers, lenders, original developers, and successor declarants. Ms. Goodwin also represents large pension and investment funds, advising on potential and existing real estate investments.
