Sean Murray is a partner in the firm's personal injury practice.  A graduate of Loyola University of Chicago Law School, he joined the firm in 2001.  Throughout his career, Sean has delivered outstanding results for his clients in such matters of construction injury, premises liability, automobile, product liability and medical malpractice suits.  He was nominated in 2008 and 2009 by Chicago Magazine's Super Lawyer Section as one of the Top Young Attorneys in Illinois, a distinction given to 2.5% of attorneys in the state.  Sean has developed an impressive record as a trial attorney and continues to evolve into a prestigious trial lawyer.

  • $2,756,441.82 state record jury verdict in a medical malpractice case on behalf of a girl who suffered an injury to her middle finger at a hospital the day of her birth following a c-section delivery
  • $2,500,000 settlement for a female ironworker who fell 12' and broke both of her wrists due to the general contractor failing to provide proper fall protection
  • $1,950,000 settlement for an ironworker after a crane operator flipped the wrong switch on a crane causing him to fall and fracture both wrists and injure his shoulders
  • $1,000,000 settlement for a man severely injured after he contacted a live overhead power line while carrying a ladder
  • $810,315 record LaSalle County verdict for an ironworker who injured his ankle after tripping on debris
  • $800,000 record Vermillion County settlement for a sheet metal worker after his ankle was broken when it was run over by a trailer on a job site
  • $788,000 settlement for a truck driver that fractured his leg after his truck's brakes failed causing the truck to roll backward and pin him to a dock
  • $616,788 verdict for a 75 year old woman that slipped and fell and injured her ankle and shoulder in a parking lot
  • $600,420 record Kankakee County verdict for a drywaller that broke his wrist when he tripped and fell over an electrical cord on a jobsite
  • $525,000 settlement for a man injured when a door fell from a display at a hardware store causing a herniated disc
  • $500,000 settlement for a senior citizen after her foot was broken when it was run over by a bus
  • $407,545 verdict against the City of Chicago for a woman that broke her elbow after tripping and falling on a cracked sidewalk
  • $400,000 settlement for a woman in a product liability suit that broke her knee after her sweater became entangled in the machine she was working on causing her to fall to the ground
