Lawyer Overview

Isabelle Maury has been practicing banking and finance law for more than 10 years, particularly in the areas of real estate, commodities, and acquisition financing and in debt restructuring.

Isabelle advises French and Anglo-American clients, banks, and financial institutions as well as investment funds and industrial and commercial companies on their banking and investment financing transactions and on their debt restructuring operations.

She regularly advises French banks on structuring their oil financings as reserve base lendings. She also regularly advises Irish banks and investors on their real estate investments in France.

Before joining Jones Day in October 2008, Isabelle worked at two English law firms that have active banking and finance practices (1998-2005) and at a major French firm in Paris.
