Amanda Miller has been involved in a wide range of civil litigation matters, in multiple forums and jurisdictions, both state and federal, including defense of product liability, personal injury, employment and labor, tort, and commercial litigation.

Her experience covers all aspects of case development and trial preparation, including discovery, factual investigations, document production, strategy development, motion practice, evidentiary issues, legal research, and taking and defending depositions. In addition, she has extensive experience defending claims brought by individual consumers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) against one of the three major credit bureaus.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Amanda mediated a multiparty products liability matter that resulted in a settlement for her client of less than 10 percent of the global settlement. Amanda also participated in an arbitration hearing resulting in a full defense verdict where she prepared and examined fact witnesses.

Amanda is active in Jones Day's Summer Associate program. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
