Mr. Harris obtained his B.A. degree from the University of California, Davis in 1995. He was a high honors graduate, and received a Departmental Citation. He earned a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Utah And a J.D. from the University of Utah, College of Law in 1998. After completing law school, he worked for Appalachian Education and Defense Fund in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, and the Douglas A. Ramey, Law Office in Madisonville, Kentucky. He is a member of the Utah and Kentucky Bar Associations. His practice covers a wide range of areas including family law and construction law. Lincoln also had a keen interest in local government and was selected for inclusion in 2009 Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
