Regis Worley's practice focuses on litigation involving patents and other intellectual property. His practice also includes patent procurement activities, preparation of validity and infringement opinions, pretrial and motion practice, client counseling regarding intellectual property matters, and interference proceedings at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Representative subject matter includes medical devices, undersea vehicles, plasma lamp technology, online marketing and commerce, building and architectural hardware and components, and health and beauty products.

Regis is also a licensed professional engineer and a member of the reserve component of the United States Navy, where he is a lieutenant in the engineering duty officer community. Prior to practicing law, Regis worked as an engineering consultant, in which he testified as an expert witness regarding forensic and biomechanical engineering issues in more than 75 trials, arbitrations, and depositions.
