Law Firm Overview

The Phillips Law Office is dedicated to client satisfaction, with offices in Clarksville and Nashville. Both James Phillips and Chris Holt are licensed Tennessee attorneys, providing legal services to clients throughout Middle Tennessee, and Montgomery and Davidson Counties. In Tennessee, James and Chris handle family law (to include divorce, adoption and custody), criminal law, civil lawsuits, employment law, probate and social security cases. We travel anywhere in Tennessee to represent clients in civilian courts. James and Chris will also represent clients at USDC Court on Fort Campbell.

As a former JAG, James handles cases for military clients and their family members located at Fort Campbell and throughout the World. James is also dedicated to helping clients with specialized military law problems. We are willing to travel anywhere in the world to defend soldiers in Courts-Martial, Administrative Separation Boards and Medical Evaluation Boards. James has handled military cases in Kentucky, Mississippi, Illinois, Kuwait and Iraq.
