Junxia (Jackie) Jernejcic represents clients in complex commercial litigations, including distributor/franchisor matters, contract disputes, and fraud cases in various state and federal jurisdictions in the United States. She also defends companies and individuals in civil and criminal litigations in the U.S., including SEC investigations, tax litigations, and white-collar crimes. In addition, she has advised clients on entering the China market.

Jackie's representative matters include winning the dismissal of a federal declaratory judgment action against Premier Health Partners in a commercial dispute; representing General Motors Corporation in disputes with dealers and other parties, including securing a dismissal of a class action suit; winning a use tax refund for Ameritech Publishing in Indiana; advising Highlights for Children, Inc. on its entry into the China market and managing its worldwide trademark registrations; and winning the reversal of a federal mail fraud conviction against an individual.

Jackie actively participates in the Firm's pro bono practice and has won three appeals for her clients before the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. While working in the Firm's Columbus Office, she was a board member of the Asian Pacific Americans Bar Association of Central Ohio and helped establish a scholarship fund for the bar association.

Before her legal career, Jackie was a physician in the internal medicine department of Tongji Hospital in Wuhan, China.
