Michael S. Rothman is an attorney whose principal office is located in Rockville, Maryland.  He is a member of the bar in Maryland and the District of Columbia, in state and federal court.  Prior to opening his own practice, he worked as a litigation associate for a large Washington, D.C. law firm.  After opening his own practice, he was determined to combine the advantages of a large law firm practice with the personal contact and attention to detail that only a small practice can bring.
