Paul J. Burkhart, Esq. established his law practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida in February 2005. Born in Baltimore, Maryland July 7, 1972, Paul brought with him to South Florida in excess of 10 years of business experience, including sales and marketing for Comcast cablevision, sales and collections for The Baltimore Sun Newspaper, establishing and managing the Totts Foundation Charitable Organization and numerous other entrepreneurial type ventures.

Paul acquired his legal experience working for the intellectual property law office of Royal Craig, The Honorable Dana Levitz and the Family Law Clinic with the University of Baltimore. Undergraduate studies at Towson University were undertaken in the field’s of finance and economics.

Upon opening the Law Offices of Paul J. Burkhart, the primary legal area of practice was that of Business Law and Corporate Governance. As a natural extension of these areas of practice, Estate Planning and Real Estate Law quickly became areas of focus for the firm.

Through engagements with additional attorneys, the firm can now facilitate the representation of clients in the field’s of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Products Liability, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation and Probate.
