Law Firm Overview

The Law Office of Robert Rymek is a Roseville California law firm which represents both large and small clients in a broad range of legal matters. We are committed to providing our clients with high quality legal representation and work hard to help all our clients achieve their goals.

While our lawyers are most often called upon to help with business planning, civil litigation, and contract matters, our practice is not limited to those areas. We also provide assistance with many more obscure areas of the law, such as administrative law, HIPAA compliance, mediation, web-site piracy, and state taxation matters.

Unlike some other law firms, we do not use non-lawyers to screen clients or cases. We do this for two reasons. First, we understand how important your legal matters are to you. Second, we believe it takes an experienced attorney to recognize that what may initially appear to be a "good" case may not really be that good. Likewise we recognize that what may appear to the untrained eye to be a "bad" case may not really be that bad after all.

We also encourage our business clients to contact us and speak with a lawyer whenever they have questions or concerns, so that problems can be avoided before they arise and so that small problems can be resolved before they become big problems.
