Lawyer Overview

Russell A. Greenman joined the Firm in 2005 as an associate in the corporate and real estate groups.  Mr. Greenman's corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private and public equity transactions, drafting corporate formation documents, sale and purchase agreements, and federal and state securities filings.  Mr. Greenman's real estate practice centers around land use and the interplay between government and the developer.

Mr. Greenman received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  He graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University in May 2002 where he received a BBA in Finance and Computer Science from the School of Business .
