Attorney J. Randolph Ingram II practices trial and appellate law in North Carolina state courts for clients from numerous states throughout the United States.

We handle litigation concerning personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, deceptive trade practices, automobile accidents, workers compensation, premises liability, construction defects, real estate disputes, homeowners association covenant enforcement and defense, traffic offenses and driving while impaired, criminal defense, administrative law matters, and landlord and tenant disputes.

Mr. Ingram has practiced in Cary, North Carolina since 1984. He has extensive experience in his chosen areas of practice.

Our staff is an experienced legal staff that has been with Mr. Ingram for many years. Barbara Yates is our receptionist and bookkeeper. She also works on personal injury claims. Sherry Dixon handles criminal, traffic and general civil litigation support. Rose Scanlan handles personal injury and medical litigation support.
