Initially established in 1989 by Laura M. Urbik Kern, our firm is home to attorneys who are knowledgeable in all aspects of family law.

We understand the intensity and complexity of the emotions that can be involved in family law cases. Our mission is for the timely resolution of difficult family situations with a minimal level of litigation, particularly when children are involved.

However, in situations where litigation is necessary, our firm is prepared to aggressively represent you. Our attorneys have extensive trial experience and are practiced in the negotiation and litigation of complex issues.
