Lathrop & Gage expanded its presence in Colorado by opening an office in Denver in October 2005, further demonstrating the growing momentum of the firm.  Phillip S. Lorenzo, Gregory S. Brown and Michael J. Roche, formerly of Baker & Hostetler L.L.P., and Michael G. Martin, formerly of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. joined the office as members (partners).  Keith Ray, formerly of Baker & Hostetler L.L.P, joined as Of Counsel. The Denver attorneys represent, among other clients, the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, Centerre Construction, Apartment Finders International, Guaranty Company of North America USA, KLP Engineering Inc., Centennial Mortgage Inc., Alcohol Monitoring Systems Inc., Peak Oil and Gas Inc., and Sage Brush Tours Realty Investments.
