Lawyer Overview

Mr. Davis has been an Associate with Brown, Hay & Stephens, LLP since 2005.  Mr. Davis' practice is concentrated in general civil litigation, business law, real estate, employment law, public utility law, landlord and tenant law, and traffic/DUI.  Mr. Davis regularly represents clients in trial and appellate courts, and in matters before the Illinois Commerce Commission and the Illinois Liquor Control Commission.  In addition to Mr. Davis' numerous professional affiliations, he was also selected as a member of the 2008/2009 class for the Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Springfield Program and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois.
