She has significant experience in patent, trademark, false advertising, unfair competition, and copyright litigation, as well as other complex civil litigation. Ms. Gregor's practice also includes domain name and internet issues, product reviews, and trademark prosecution.

Ms. Gregor has technical research experience in the areas of biochemistry and agricultural biotechnology. Prior to attending law school, she served as a product specialist at Abbott Laboratories where she worked with HIV and hepatitis diagnostic assays and at Monsanto Company where she worked on a team that conducted a scale-up of a protein purification process from laboratory to pilot plant.

Ms. Gregor regularly volunteers time and legal services to the Lawyers for the Creative Arts pro bono organization. She is also a member of the Richard Linn American Inn of Court.

Ms. Gregor is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in bacteriology and entomology (B.S., 2000). She obtained her law degree from DePaul University College of Law (J.D., 2005), where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the editorial board of the DePaul Law Review.

Ms. Gregor is admitted to practice in Illinois and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
