Law Firm Overview

Russell Ruben Hodges II is the owner and operator of the Hodges Law Firm. He has been licensed to practice law in Louisiana since 1987. In 1996 Russell opened a private law practice, after having previously worked as a State's Attorney and for other lawyers. He handles all manner of Family Law cases, these cases range from simple divorces to contested child custody and visitation, including child support and spousal support. He also handles cases brought by the State against individuals, examples of such cases are OCS (child welfare cases) or DDS (support enforcement); as well as domestic violence cases. He has also handled numerous cases involving Restraining Orders and/or Injunctions. Russell is also available for cases involving the partition (splitting) of community property.
