Lawyer Overview

My practice is focused on intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation. I have a diverse background in commercial matters, including breach of distribution agreements, service contract disputes, and real estate disputes. I also have extensive experience with trade secret disputes in the oil and gas, cosmetic, telecommunications, and home appliance industries. In addition, I counsel clients on litigation matters involving copyright and trademark disputes.
