With combined legal experience of over 32 years, attorneys Thomas L. Edwards and Geoffrey R. Mason have practiced extensively in Gainesville and North Central Florida resolving cases throughout the State and several Federal Jurisdictions in the United States. They have a focused mission to handle complex litigation and trial practice at all stages of the legal process in both State and Federal courts. 

Thomas L. Edwards and Geoffrey R. Mason have combined their offices with the law firm of Schackow & Mercadante to give their clients access to both criminal and civil legal services. Their new offices are conveniently located on NW 8th Avenue near the intersection of NW 43rd Street.

Mason have handled criminal cases for their clients facing charges ranging from misdemeanor Theft, Trespass, or minor traffic infractions; through all other serious charges such as DUI, Armed Robbery, Capital Sexual Battery, Aggravated Assault and Battery, and Drug Trafficking, some carrying possible minimum mandatory prison sentences and those with other possible sanctions including Life in prison; and including First Degree Murder, carrying the possible sanction of the Death Penalty they are battle tested and have extensive jury trial experience in all areas of criminal law, including First Degree Murder.  They are aggressive and thorough while imposing the highest standards of quality.
