Justin Cernansky practices in the area of complex commercial litigation and mass toxic tort litigation, with an emphasis on claims relating to alleged silica exposure. Justin has represented corporate clients in breach of contract, unfair trade practice, and insurance coverage disputes. Justin also has had primary case responsibility in a number of cases brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. In that capacity, Justin has taken and defended depositions and briefed dispositive memoranda. He also has extensive experience in corporate criminal investigations, representing various clients before the FDA, the Department of Justice, and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Justin is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and serves on the Cuyahoga County Joint Bar Admissions Committee. He also serves on the board of directors for the Notre Dame Club of Cleveland.
