Diane McFadin received her Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Mass Communications from the University of Utah where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1977. After taking a break from education to work in business for approximately six years, Diane then attended law school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas and received her Juris Doctorate degree from 1986 ranking in the top 20 per cent of her law school class.  She was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1987 and practiced law in Dallas, Texas for approximately 10 years before moving to New York.  Diane was admitted to the New York Bar in 1998 and has practiced law in New York City since that time.

Through her firm, the Law Office of Diane McFadin, Diane seeks to provide excellent efficient and cost effective legal representation, with a more personal touch to those parties who seek quality legal advice and excellent client service but who wish to avoid the higher fees charged by larger law firms.  

Diane McFadin specializes in all areas of Commercial Litigation and has also substantial experience in the fields of Employment Law, and Qui Tam/Whistleblower suits. While Diane is adept and at home in and around the courtroom, she seeks to minimize the stress and expense of litigation and will pursue all appropriate dispute resolution options that may be beneficial to her clients.
