Attorney Patrick C. McGuinness has over eight (8) years experience as an attorney and over twenty (20) years of diverse experience as an advocate for immigrants. Beginning in the mid-1980s, Mr. McGuinness assisted individuals applying for political asylum while serving as a volunteer at El Paso’s Annunciation House (a non-profit organization) and, more recently, while working at several of the most respected law firms in New York and New Jersey, he represented major U.S. corporations in obtaining nonimmigrant (E, H-1B, L, O, P, R) work visas for their employees. Mr. McGuinness also has many years experience as a litigator representing individuals and corporations in complex matters in federal and state courts in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
