Mark Appelbaum represents a broad range of real estate clients, with an emphasis on secured lending, real estate investment, and hospitality.

Mark has substantial experience representing commercial lenders and borrowers in loan originations and in workouts and restructurings; hotel owners and operators in all aspects of the ownership and operation of traditional hotel, hotel/condo, and fractional ownership projects; and private equity investors, investment banks, and fund sponsors in the structuring, formation, operation, and restructuring of joint ventures and real estate funds as well as in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets.
