Attorney Michael Berkley started out by representing contractors who were renovating restaurants and other small commercial buildings. Over time, our practice and knowledge of the industry has grown, and our client base currently includes developers, contractors and property owners involved in large-scale construction projects such as hotels, condominiums and large office buildings. We handle both union and non-union cases.
