Joey's practice focuses on land use, zoning, real estate and municipal law. In addition to her legal background, Joey has a master's degree in urban and regional planning with a concentration in urban design and natural resources. Her knowledge of land use law combined with her experience in planning techniques and opportunities brings a unique skill set to her clients. As an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas Law School, she has taught "Land Use Law" and lectured on green and sustainable development in Minnesota.
