Rachael Raymon Gilmer graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then received her juris doctorate cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Mrs. Gilmer was a member of the Alabama Trial Team for two years and was a Regional Championship and National Quarter-finalist winner in the AAJ Trial Competitions in 2003. Currently Mrs. Gilmer is a member of Levin Papantonio's mass tort department. She has served on the discovery committee for Vioxx MDL 1658 and has lectured on COX-2 inhibitors for Mass Torts Made Perfect, Harris Martin Publishing and Mealey's. Mrs. Gilmer is one of the lead attorneys working on the settlement for Levin Papantonio's Vioxx cases.
Mrs. Gilmer is also part of the personal injury department at Levin Papantonio. Her focus is on motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and wrongful death cases. She is licensed in both Florida and Alabama and pursues personal injury cases from both states. Mrs. Gilmer is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Alabama Justice Association and the American Association for Justice.
