Robert Kelly Moore is an associate in the Biotechnology & Pharmaceutical Practice of Foley & Lardner LLP. Dr. Moore assists attorneys with respect to patent prosecution in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and chemical arts. He joined Foley as a law clerk in 2004.

Dr. Moore earned his law degree from the University of San Diego (J.D., 2008). He received his Ph.D. (2000) and Master's degrees in endocrinology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Dr. Moore also holds a Bachelor of Science in pharmacology from the University of California at Santa Barbara (1995, with honors in the major). He conducted a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California at San Diego School of Medicine from 2000-2004.

Dr. Moore's scientific experience spanned a period of 10 years and his research contributions are published in a number of international scientific journals. His scientific experience includes a diverse array of techniques and methodologies in the fields of molecular biology, physiology and biochemistry.

Dr. Moore is admitted to practice in California.
