Steve Cooper has been practicing Civil litigation with a specialty of Negligence and Medical Malpractice for over 30 years. He matriculated through USC and was a member of the Board of Directors and lecturer for the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Association for many years.

Mr. Cooper was invited to the first panel of Arbitrators in the Country and handled over 600 cases.  He also sat as a settlement judge and as a judge pro tem.  He lectured before medical groups in northern and southern California as well as the LA Trial Lawyers Association.
