Law Firm Overview

As my client, you can expect an honest assessment of your case and helpful guidance through the legal system. I will provide aggressive defense, and refuse to back down in the face of unreasonable prosecutorial demands. I zealously represent clients in several jury trials each year.

This is not to say that I would not recommend settling a case pre-trial. In fact most of my cases are resolved through pre-trial bargaining. I have a good working relationship with the various prosecuting offices, and work diligently to provide a means for offers of reduced charges and penalties.
