Law Firm Overview
Donesky Law Firm, P.A. is a full-service immigration law firm dedicated to providing excellent, efficient service at a reasonable cost.
We believe our exclusive focus on immigration law enhances our ability to provide clients the legal skill and experience to guide them successfully through the stressful process of petitioning the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or applying for a visa at a United States consulate.
Immigration law is federal rather than state law. And immigration law is largely transactional with petitions submitted to the USCIS and other government agencies via U.S. mail or FedEx. Therefore, we are able to provide immigration service to clients anywhere inside or outside the United States.
We offer reasonable legal fees. You will never have to pick yourself up from the floor after receiving a bill from our law firm. We compute legal fees according to a flat fee rather than hourly billing system. Therefore, you will know the total amount of our legal fees during the consultation or when you review and sign our retainer letter.
For no charge, we are happy to respond to your immigration questions on the phone or via e-mail. If we can quickly determine the type of petition or visa you need, we can usually give you an estimate of our legal fees.
If a more detailed response to your questions is necessary, we will suggest that you arrange a consultation. The $75 consultation fee will be credited toward the legal fee should you retain our firm.
