    John C. Heugel Attorney at Law is committed to combining personalized service and professional legal representation for corporate clients, particularly in civil litigation and construction related matters. We represent corporations and insurance companies throughout the state of Wisconsin. We always strive to provide timely, diligent, and ethical service.

    We typically represent small to large corporate and insurance clients, ranging from product manufacturers and construction companies to professional service providers. Our litigation experience involves business disputes, contracts, professional liability, insurance coverage and defense, property damage, and bodily injury. We also assist clients with environmental issues and regulatory violations.

    Using our knowledge of construction law we assist clients with lien claims, bonding issues, risk management, building defects, warranty claims, contract review and preparation, payment issues, liability avoidance counseling, delay claims, change order issues, insurance, errors and omissions, and bidding disputes.

    John Heugel has been authorized to practice Law in all Courts of the State of Wisconsin since 1980 and is recognized as a leader in his field. He is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), a position open by invitation only through peer reviews; the American Bar Association; and, the Wisconsin Bar Association. He has served on the board of directors and as the chair, vice chair, and secretary of the Construction and Public Contracts Law section of the Wisconsin Bar Association, and as the president, vice president, and on the board of directors of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Founders Association. He is an author and speaker on litigation and construction law matters and is well-known in the professional and legal industry.
