Before starting my new firm in 2005, I was a Partner with Liebmann,Conway, Olejniczak & Jerry, S.C., Green Bay, Wisconsin, where I practiced law from 1980.

My experience includes commercial construction law and litigation,personal injury, product liability, insurance law,environmental law,contract law, business advice, mediation, arbitration, and trials.

I am a member of numerous professional organizations, including the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). Membership in IADC is by invitation only and peer reviewed.

Service activities include serving on the Board of Directors and as Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary of the Wisconsin Bar Association Construction and Public Contracts Law Section. I have been a frequent speaker and writer for professional and industry organizations about law and construction related matters.

Representation is provided to manufacturers, corporations,insurers, contractors, design professionals, project owners, subcontractors, businesses, and individuals.
