Mr. Dalacas has been a valued member of our team since the firm's inception. His specialties include estate planning, corporate and real estate property law. He received his B.A., Cum Laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the Santa Clara University School of Law.

Throughout his tenure with us, Mr. Dalacas has handled real estate sales transactions for both developed and undeveloped properties with values at over $15 million. He has extensive experience in investor agreements, commercial and private lease agreements, business acquisitions, corporate entity formations, estate planning and other critical areas of the law. Mr. Dalacas is also fluent in Greek.

Mr. Dalacas is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada and before the United States District Court, District of Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Clark County Bar Association.
