• Regulatory matters before federal, state and city agencies including the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, the New York City Environmental Control Board and the New York City Department of Health.

The Real Estate practice area includes,

• Negotiating and drafting net leases, subleases and space leases on behalf of either landlords or tenants, and preparation of net leases for mortgage financing.
• Representing lenders and borrowers with construction and permanent financing.
• Representing sellers or buyers with respect to agreements of sale ranging from single-family residences (including residential cooperative and condominium units) to commercial and industrial properties and multi-family buildings subject to Rent Stabilization and the New York City Rent Control.
• Representing cooperative corporations and condominiums.
• Representing developers in connection with residential subdivisions.

The Firm's Employment Law practice area includes, among other things:

• Counseling employers to avoid employment discrimination claims and representing employers in defending against such claims brought pursuant to federal (e.g., TitleVII, ADEA, The Americans with Disabilities Act, etc.), New York State (e.g., N.Y. Executive Law, Workers Compensation, etc.) and local statutes.
