Matt Sadler is an associate in the firm's Amarillo office.  Matt's practice includes various transactional matters with an emphasis on the financing of real estate developments, general commercial lending, and business planning.

Matt joined the firm in August of 2004 after graduating from the Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston Salem, North Carolina.  At Wake, Matt served as an Articles Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review.  Prior to law school, Matt worked for Bank of America in St. Louis, Missouri, where he achieved the title of Officer while working in the bank's Midwest Commercial Lending division.  In December of 1999, Matt received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.  While at Baylor, Matt was involved in the Student Foundation.

Matt lives in Amarillo with his wife, Kalley, a son, Grayson, and two beagles, Deacon and Abbey.
