Since graduating from Villanova University School of Law, Mr. Shrimp has concentrated his practice in the area of Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on employment discrimination and restrictive covenants, successfully representing both employers and employees.  Mr. Shrimp also represents businesses in a number of other areas  including context and trademark disputes.

Mr. Shrimp has served on faculty authored or co-authored a number of articles regarding employment-related issues, including unemployment compensation, sexual harassment and wrongful discharge.

Mr. Shrimp is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and their respective Labor and Employment law divisions.
